| Employee Referral Program |
| Purpose: |
| The Employee Referral Bonus Program has been developed to award the recruitment efforts of all full-time employees of Aspire Logix Solutions Inc. Effective January 1 2011; any employees who successfully refer an applicant for a vacant position posted will receive $500. |
| |
| Program Details: |
- The referring employee must be employed by Aspire Logix Solutions Inc. at the time of hire of the referred applicant.
- Full-time employees may refer as many applicants as desired.
- Bonus pay will be paid to the employee after the applicant completes three months with the company.
- If the applicant is let go due to any reason within the first three months of hire, the bonus pay will not be applicable.
- An employee who is directly responsible or on the hierarchy chain for the applicant’s position, cannot be eligible for the program.
